Meanwhile, Dr. Vegapunk finally emerged from the lab on Egghead Island, along with the other Cipher Pol agents who had been trapped inside for two months. The agents were hungry and demanded an explanation from Dr. Vegapunk, who was unaware of their existence on the island. He realized that this could spell trouble, as the world government may have discovered their poneglyph research on Egghead Island. Reports indicated that over 100 marine ships were on their way from branch G-9, adding to the tension and excitement of the upcoming chapter.
In One Piece Chapter 1077, fans will be treated to more of Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates as they enjoy drinks with the Giant Warrior Pirates, Dorry and Brogy, in a small port. However, the peace is short-lived as one of Shanks' men arrives to inform him of an attack by the Kid Pirates. Shanks learns that both his crew and the Kid Pirates are in Elbaf and sends Rockstar to deliver a message to Eustass Kid: surrender the Road Poneglyph or face a fight with Shanks. The chapter ends with Killer joking about Kid's severed arm, which infuriates him, but Kid remains determined not to back down and declares that he will not lose to Shanks.
While fans are excited to see more of Shanks, it is unlikely that the chapter will begin with him marching towards the Kid Pirates with an army of giants. Shanks' goal is to intimidate Kid into surrendering the poneglyph, but given Kid's response in the previous chapter, it seems unlikely that he will back down. The outcome of the battle remains uncertain, and fans are eager to see how Oda will handle this clash between a member of the worst generation with a 3 billion bounty and an emperor.
Meanwhile, Luffy and Zoro have teamed up with Lucci and Kaku to stop the seraphim, and Chapter 1077 is likely to feature them running around the lab to stop the other two seraphim. The mystery of the traitor among Vegapunk's team is also still unresolved, and the chapter may reveal more about this plot point.
