Emporio Ivankov, commonly known as Iva, holds the title of "Queen" in the Kamabakka Kingdom, where he's recognized as the "Okama King" and a "Miracle Person." He also serves as a commander within the Revolutionary Army, overseeing the G Army division, which operates in the Grand Line. As one of the original members of the Revolutionary Army, alongside figures like Monkey D. Dragon and Bartholomew Kuma, Ivankov played a pivotal role in its establishment. It's worth noting that he has a poignant history as a former slave under the World Nobles. Previously incarcerated in Impel Down's Level 5, Ivankov managed to carve out a secretive haven known as "Okama Paradise" within Level 5.5. After his daring escape from Impel Down and active involvement in the Summit War of Marineford, he resumed his role as the Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom. During critical events like the Impel Down and Marineford Arcs, Ivankov allied himself with Luffy. His position as a founding member of the Revolutionary Army earned him the respect and concern of his fellow revolutionaries, who closely monitored his well-being during the Summit War of Marineford. Following the destruction of Baltigo, Ivankov generously offered Momoiro Island as the new primary headquarters for the Revolutionary Army.
