Stussy is mads' first-ever successful clone, having been modeled after miss buckingham stussy. She is a spy in the employ of dr. Vegapunk who spent years working deeply undercover in the world government until she was forced to discard her cover.While acting as an agent of cp0, she operated as an emperor of the underworld under the epithet "Queen of the pleasure district".Initially, she was a minor antagonist of the egghead arc, but later became a major ally to vegapunk and the straw hat pirates when her background and true allegiance were revealed. Being a clone of buckingham stussy, stussy is identical to the original when she was a young woman.Stussy appears younger than her actual age, with short curly blonde hair, blue eyes, red lipstick, and red-painted fingernails. She has a thin and slightly curved body and large breasts.As an agent of cp0, she wears a uniform consisting of a white dress with a pink necktie, white matching cape and gloves. She also dons fishnet stockings with fluffy rims and a garter belt. While on duty, she sometimes wears a mask in the form of a hood that covers her head, resembling an owl.When she attended the recent tea party as an emperor of the underworld, she wore a salmon colored dress with a purple end, with pink diamond patterns on the bottom, a small white cape, a sunhat with a flower on it, and high heel shoes with ribbons on top. She also carried a pink handbag with her.After betraying cp0 during the egghead arc, stussy is shown wearing a bright colored leotard bodysuit, dark colored jacket with a hood, along with gloves, an earpiece and dom shoes.

In her underworld persona, stussy acted polite and disapproved of insults being thrown around, in contrast to her occasionally more hostile fellow emperors. However, she was sensitive about her age and would get violent if it was brought up. She sometimes spoke in a flirty tone.Stussy does however possess a ruthless side, shown when she shot down lu feld, even stating she will have him take the blame for her actions and threatened an eavesdropping morgans into creating a fake story in order to cover up her and the world government's actions. She also shows a certain level of caution when she agreed to kaku's suggestion that they cannot fight one of the four emperors without being granted permission from the world government. Stussy has been shown to be quite practical when it comes to fighting, as she prefers to incapacitate her enemies at once rather than fight them in an outright battle, as shown when she incapacitated kaku and lucci. She seems to be accurate judge of strength, admitting that fighting them fairly would have been a stupid decision.Stussy does have a nicer side to herself when she is not undercover. She expressed sympathy for kuma’s situation, considering it terrible that he was going to lose his free will. She also found kuma's love for his daughter very sweet. During this conversion, stussy showed she has some problems with her existence as a clone with a will of her own. Being a former agent of cp0, the strongest cipher pol unit, stussy possesses superior superhuman strength. With a single finger thrust, she can produce a concentrated shockwave powerful enough to pierce lu feld, a large man, from a considerable distance, knocking him unconscious.

 

Stussy is also extremely fast, and was fast enough to leave an afterimage even lucci could not react to. As a former agent of cipher pol, stussy has fully mastered the rokushiki martial arts. Being part of the masked assassins of cp0, her mastery is likely higher than most agents. She can use tobu shigan, a more powerful variation of shigan, to pierce others from a distance, and was also shown using geppo to escape the collapsing whole cake chateau.Stussy can also use a variation of kami-e to dodge at high speed, leaving an afterimage behind her. Her usage of this technique was fast enough to even fool a rokushiki master of rob lucci's caliber.Stussy was created at mads, being a clone of buckingham stussy and the first known successful clone.At some point in her life, stussy joined the organization known as cipher pol and eventually became an agent of cp0. She was later assigned an undercover role as one of the emperors of the underworld, and has maintained both positions for at least 20 years.Around 3 years before the current storyline, stussy visited egghead. During this time, she personally met the warlord bartholomew kuma and saw how much dr. Vegapunk had transformed egghead.Due to her cover, stussy was invited to big mom's tea party, where charlotte pudding would be married to sanji.

One Piece Chapter 1072 Title: "The Weight of Memories"
Chapter Cover: Germa 66's Ahh... An Emotionless Excursion Vol. 28 "Mass Producing Lethal Weapons".
In the cover, we see Queen preparing viruses, Judge making his spear and Caesar creating a Devil Fruit (Vegapunk and the mystery woman don't appear in this cover).
It seems some time passed since the last cover. They wear another clothes and Queen is a bit fatter. Devil Fruit that Caesar is creating is black.
Chapter starts with a narration from Vegapunk's journal during MADS time (it's not a flashback, only a text during present time). Vegapunk said that even if the world doesn't accept it, he views "her" as a real human.Vegapunk said to that "this experiment" will be their first step toward peace.
Bonney turns herself into a kid and pretends to cry to gain Vegapunk's sympathy. When Vegapunk comes near Bonney, she turns herself again, now into a very buff adult version. She looks bloated, like a balloon (it seems Bonney's powers can make her turn herself into different variations of her future-self or something like that).

Bonney knocks Vegapunk's ages out of him in form of sparkling jewels. Then she turns Vegapunk into a baby that can talk (probably thanks to his genius brain).
Vegapunk: "What!? That sparkling jewels are my age!!?"
Vegapunk says he can't tell Bonney the reason why he turned Kuma in the past, because that reason will cause Bonney a great pain. That's why Vegapunk promised Kuma he will never tell Bonney the truth.
Bonney turns and sees a room with a bear-paw at the door. Bonney walks toward the door and destroys the lock by aging it up (this ability is similar to Shinobu's ability in Wanokuni).
Vegapunk and Kuma flashback starts. Vegapunk looks similar to the flashback in Ohara, Kuma wears a white patient clothes with no hat, showing his hair and glasses. Vegapunk told Kuma that a scientist in the West Blue discovered that humans weigh 21 gram less after they die, so 21 gram is the weight of human's soul.
Vegapunk also explains Kuma's "Nikyu Nikyu no Mi" ability. He says Kuma's power turns intangible things into something tangible. For example, Kuma can transform "pain" by turning nerve signal into tangible energy that he can push out of a body. So by extension, Kuma should be able to do the same with
"imagination", "thoughts" or even "memories" as well.
Vegapunk wants that Kuma tries to bring out his own memories because he wants to know the "weight" and “size" of human memory. Kuma doesn't want to do that since it's embarassing, but Vegaunk begs him for the sake of science.
Back to the present, Bonney enters in the room with the bear-paw at the door. In the middle of the room, Bonney sees Kuma's bear paw-shaped energy. She walks toward it. At the same time, we also see what is happening in the "Red Port". Real Kuma is trying to climb the "Red Line" but he's shot down by the Marines.
Back to the room with the bear-paw at the door. Bonney is about to touch the energy.
Vegapunk: "Don't touch it Bonney!! That is Kuma's pain!!"
Bonney: " But I know my father's ability. This is not "pain". There are his "memories", right?"
Bonney extends her hand to touch the energy.
Cut now outside to the "Labo", Zoro Vs. Kaku continues. Kaku is using his awakened form, that is similar to Lucci's. Kaku's Human-Beast form has now "dark flame hair" and a stream of floating "dark fire wraps" around his shoulders. Kaku uses some old attacks like "Bigan" (Nose Pistol) but he uses too a new attack called "Kyoku Bigan: Kirimangyro" (Extreme Nose Pistol: Spinning Snake). However, Zoro overpowers Kaku and knocks him down to the ground easily while Brook protects the Thousand Sunny.

Suddenly, it's revealed that the 4 Seraphim came up to the "Labo" as well despite receiving no order. It's revealed that the Seraphim's personality allows them to react and make decision on their own to adapt to battle situation, so they come up to assist CPO by themselves.
However, this is not what CPO wants, since Vegapunk still hold higher authority than them. Edison and Lilith run out to try and take back Seraphim. Sanji and Franky go to assist Zoro and Brook. Luffy and the other Straw Hat stay at the lab.
Lucci orders Seraphim to destroy the "Labo" before Vegapunk can come out. 4 Seraphim start attacking the "Labo" building together. However, suddenly Kaku's neck is bitten by someone and Kaku fell asleep.
We discover that the one who bit Kaku is Stussy, who has vampire-like wings and fangs. Her true identity is revealed: Stussy is the clone of "Ms. Buckingham Stussy", one of the Rock Pirates members. Stussy is the first successful human clone of MADS.
Stussy: "I just made Kaku go to sleep, Lucci...
And now I need you to sleep as well!!"
