Nick Cannon: Wild ‘N Out Host Fired By ViacomCBS

At 11:33 AM PT, Diddy got a pitch for Cannon. Now, he wants Nick to join his cable network, Revolt TV, and then make it his new creative home. Diddy says Revolt is “truly black-owned.”

He then also adds, “We got your back and love you and what you have done for the culture. We are for our people first!!! For us! By US! Let’s go!!!”

At 10:40 AM PT, A spokesperson for the media giant, is giving a response to Nick’s criticism. The intervention included allegations about Viacom banning all advertisements that supported Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.

The spokesperson said, “Due to the comedic nature of the show, we believe is in question ‘Revenge Prank’. We are not trying to be insensitive by placing ads for the next severe and essential topics, like Black Lives Matter.

It is standard practice that to use media agency to ensure that our ads don’t come-out as tone-deaf or disrespectful.”

What did Nick Cannon say about the whole topic?

Also, as per reports, Nick claimed that he reached out to the chairman of ViacomCBS. But, the rep tells TMZ, “It is untrue that Nick Cannon reached out to the Chair of ViacomCBS.”

Nick Cannon starts firing back at ViacomCBS after they dropped him for making anti-Semitic comments. And, with that, he is now claiming that it is the media giant that is being divisive, not him. Also, he said that he has a list of demands.

On Wednesday morning, “The Masked Singer” host responded to Viacom’s decision by saying, “he is ‘deeply saddened’ by how the company misused a critical moment for us to all grow closer together. This could have been an excellent opportunity to learn more about one another.” But, instead, he claims it is trying to “make an example of an outspoken black man.”

Later, Cannon vows not to be bullied or silenced and says, Viacom “does not understand or respect the power of the black community.”

How did Viacom use Cannon?

As per reports, Viacom cuts bait with Nick over his comments on his podcast “Cannon’s Class.” Here, he openly espoused Anti-Jewish, and divisive rhetoric from Minister Farrakhan. He then got a ton of backlash online. This was when the Viacom dropped the hammer. But, after this incident, Nick alleges that the pot’s calling the kettle black.

Cannon adds, “I honestly cannot believe that Viacom has such poor council. A council such as theirs will allow them to make such a divisive decision in the middle of protests and civil uprising going on during the current pandemic. This is truly an unwise decision.”
