Demon Slayer Season 2 Entertainment District Arc Finale

Demon Slayer Season 2 has delivered one action-packed episode after another, but the anime’s latest storyline is coming to a close. After Entertainment District Arc Episode 10 left viewers on another cliffhanger, Demon Slayer Season 2 will wrap up Tanjiro’s current mission in its finale next episode but what is the release date and time for Entertainment District Arc Episode 11? Demon Slayer Season 2 has continuously outdone itself, and Entertainment District Arc Episode 10 proved one of the anime’s best installments yet. After Gyutaro landed several devastating blows to Tanjiro’s companions, this week sees the group making a surprising comeback. Not only do Tengen Uzui and Inosuke overcome their near-fatal wounds, but they work alongside Tanjiro and Zenitsu to defeat Gyutaro and Daki.

The action sequences alone make the episode worthwhile, but the character growth stands out as well. Unfortunately, Demon Slayer‘s latest leaves fans on another big cliffhanger. Despite removing Gyutaro and Daki’s heads, Gyutaro manages to release an overwhelming number of blood sickles before he truly fades away. That attack seemingly levels the entire town and leaves the fates of the show’s main characters up in the air once again. With Demon Slayer Season 2 leaving Tanjiro and his companions in mortal danger again, fans are eager to see what happens in Entertainment District Arc Episode 11. Tengen and Tanjiro have poison running through their veins. On top of that, Gyutaro’s attack looked powerful enough to leave everyone in Yoshiwara with deadly wounds. Demon Slayer confirmed on its official Twitter that Entertainment District Arc Episode 11 will air on Sunday, Feb. 13. The episode will be broadcast on Fuji TV in Japan at 11:15 p.m. Like every other installment in season 2, it will then stream on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. Barring any unforeseen delays, new episodes hit those platforms at 11 a.m. EST. The tweet also confirms that episode 11 will serve as the finale for this outing. Fans would no doubt like more of this storyline, but there is one bright side to its conclusion. The final Entertainment District Arc episode will see its broadcast frame increased to 45 minutes. That means it should have a slightly longer runtime than usual. Outside of a longer episode, what else can fans expect from episode 11 of Demon Slayer Season 2’s Entertainment District Arc? The anime has quite a bit to resolve after this week’s battle. The series needs to determine all of the characters’ fates especially the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui’s. The final installment could also set up the series’ next storyline, though it probably won’t have much time to do so. Demon Slayer has yet to receive an official season 3 renewal. However, with the show’s success and the length of Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga, another outing seems inevitable. Fans may see some setup for that, however minor. The anime also revealed the episode title for Entertainment District Arc 11 in its post-credits scene. The finale will be called “No Matter How Many Lives.” It’s hard to say what that means for the big conclusion. It could allude to saving all the lives you can, but it could just as easily refer to lives lost. Fans will have to tune in for next week’s installment to see how the characters fare. In the meantime, Demon Slayer‘s recent episodes are worth a rewatch. The first 10 episodes of the Entertainment District Arc are currently available on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. Gotouge launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in February 2016. The manga ended in May 2020. Shueisha published the manga's 23rd and final compiled book volume in December 2020. Viz Media published the manga in English.
