Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War The Calamity will premiere July 25 on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ in select international territories, Viz Media has exclusively announced.
The highly anticipated installment continues the anime adaptation of Tite Kubo's acclaimed Bleach manga, bringing fans one step closer to the epic conclusion of the long-running Thousand-Year Blood War arc. As long-buried secrets surrounding the Soul Reapers come to light, Ichigo Kurosaki faces his greatest battle yet one that will determine the fate of all worlds.
Animation is once again handled by Pierrot Films, with Tomohisa Taguchi serving as director and series composer alongside Masaki Hiramatsu. Acclaimed composer Shiro Sagisu returns to score the series, while original creator Tite Kubo continues to supervise the anime's final arc.

According to the official synopsis, the story picks up as the devastating war between the Soul Reapers and the Quincies reaches its climax.
After Yhwach breaches the Royal Palace, Squad Zero makes its final stand, only to see its legendary Bankai shattered. Entering the Reio Greater Palace, Yhwach's deception manipulates Ichigo into striking down the Soul King, unleashing catastrophic distortions across the Three Worlds.
As chaos spreads, the Thirteen Court Guard Squads and the surviving Quincies launch their assault on the transformed Royal Palace, now known as the Wahr Welt under Wandenreich control. With the fate of existence hanging in the balance, Ichigo must uncover Uryu Ishida's true intentions while preparing for a final confrontation against the Almighty-powered Yhwach.
