There is no person left in the One Piece world who would look at Luffy and not consider him a massive threat in a battle scenario. With that said, we have seen other Yonko in the past absolutely annihilating lesser characters, and by lesser I mean Commander level characters who are right below Yonkos themselves in ranking. Big Mom could easily get rid of Queen and Page One without breaking a sweat, Kaido one shot Guernica and destroyed all of the Scabbards at the same time and went on to fight the Supernovas on the rooftop and beat them initially, all of this without a single break in between and while also holding Onigashima airborne. Old sick Whitebeard wrecked havoc at Marineford and duked it out against 3 Admirals. Luffy belongs to that elite group of pirates now, he is at the pinnacle of the pirate world where the only achievement left is becoming Pirate King. There’s NO WAY Lucci isn’t fodder in comparison to Luffy. If you put this CP0 trio against any of the aformentioned Yonkos, they would get absolutely smoked. If Lucci somehow escapes an encounter with a Yonko scot free, it will really break the immersion in the story and world Oda has set up until now.
