Mother Flame

The Mother Flame, an extraordinary substance conceived by the genius Vegapunk, finds application in the hands of Imu and the venerable Five Elders. This remarkable element is manufactured within a formidable power plant situated on Egghead. Remarkably, the Mother Flame possesses the capacity to be harnessed as a weapon, capable of unleashing instantaneous devastation upon entire islands by projecting a relentless barrage of lasers upon its target. In the aftermath of this annihilation, no vestiges of the target endure, demonstrating the unparalleled destructive potential it wields. This cataclysmic power stands as one of the most formidable forces ever witnessed in the world, ranking alongside the Goro Goro no Mi as one of the only two known abilities with the capability to obliterate entire islands. Such is its prodigious might that Emporio Ivankov speculated whether it could be classified as one of the elusive Ancient Weapons, a possibility that gains credence if Imu indeed belongs to the enigmatic First Twenty, as some have theorized.

Mother Flame

The production of the Mother Flame is confined to a fusion reactor, exclusively known to Vegapunk, and is situated on Egghead. This secrecy means that only Vegapunk holds the knowledge to create it, rendering both the Five Elders and Imu dependent on York for a continued supply, unable to wield it freely at their discretion. Scientist Vegapunk pioneered the development of the Mother Flame, a groundbreaking achievement. In a covert operation, a sample of this remarkable substance was dispatched to the Five Elders by York. Subsequent to the Levely event, Imu issued a directive to the Five Elders, instructing them to assess the Mother Flame's potency by employing it on the island housing the Lulusia Kingdom. The Five Elders concurred with this plan, and Topman Warcury noted that the results could significantly influence their approach to the ongoing issues involving Vegapunk and Egghead.

The Mother Flame was subsequently dispatched to the Lulusia Kingdom and, in a matter of seconds, wrought utter annihilation upon it, erasing all traces of the island's existence from the world's records. With the triumphant outcome of the Mother Flame's test, at Imu's behest, the Five Elders entered into an arrangement with York to further replicate this technology, unaware that she had already fallen into the hands of the Straw Hat Pirates, who clandestinely eavesdropped on their conversation.

Trivia

The concluding two katakana characters in the Japanese name of the Mother Flame match those spelling out "Imu."

As per Lilith's account, the island of Egghead harnesses fire as its primary energy source, and the Vegapunks harbor aspirations of crafting an "everlasting flame" that could serve as their very own sun. Whether the Mother Flame bears any connection to this research remains an enigma yet to be unraveled.

Vegapunk/York

York, also designated as Punk-06, stands as one of the six satellites under the domain of Dr. Vegapunk, representing his embodiment of "greed." Initially an ally to the Straw Hat Pirates, York's true colors were unveiled later on, revealing her to be a double-crosser and a significant adversary during the Egghead Arc. In fact, she was the mastermind behind the Egghead Incident, orchestrating various events throughout the arc. York's appearance is that of a youthful-looking woman, incredibly tall, towering even above Brook. Her blonde hair cascades in long, wavy strands, and she sports freckles beneath her eyes. With an expansive mouth and rosy, plump cheeks, she dons a dark top displaying her designation, Punk-06. Over the top, she wears a light-hued jacket, bikini bottoms, dark gloves, large boots reaching beyond her knees, and goggles perched on her forehead. York's propensity to consume copious amounts of food transforms her into an immensely overweight state, a condition she effortlessly reverts from after utilizing the restroom. Given her satellite status under Vegapunk, she likely contributed to the genius scientist's technological advancements. She takes on the roles of eating, sleeping, and excreting on behalf of her fellow satellites. York's responsibility involves ingesting vast quantities of food to attain a BMI reaching 600, purging the waste, and partaking in multiple daily slumbers. Remarkably, these tasks don't appear to detrimentally affect her physique.
York
Beneath her scientific facade, York possesses exceptional cunning, deception, manipulation skills, and a remarkable talent for staying incognito. She masterminded the majority of the occurrences in the Egghead Arc without rousing suspicion from Vegapunk or the other satellites. Her machinations encompassed activities such as informing the Five Elders about Vegapunk's historical research and recurrently abducting Cipher Pol agents, acts even Vegapunk himself remained oblivious to. Notably, York possesses the ability to replicate the Mother Flame, a trait that renders her valuable to the World Government. Moreover, she exhibits proficiency as a sharpshooter, exemplified by her successful long-range shooting of Shaka with a regular yet substantial pistol. In the context of historical figures Edison and Pythagoras, York played a unique role. As they toiled away, York managed their bodily necessities, eating, resting, and relieving herself on their behalf, thus facilitating their continuous work. Summoned alongside other satellites, excluding Atlas, York persisted in her eating endeavors, eagerly anticipating any excitement. However, she soon succumbed to sleep. Subsequent to the quelling of CP0's and the Seraphim's assaults on the lab, York deduced her betrayal by the World Government. She covertly rendezvoused with the Seraphim, issuing new directives for a massacre, sparing only herself, Stella, and captured Cipher Pol agents. She instructed S-Snake to momentarily petrify her, eliminating suspicions. York tasked S-Snake with safeguarding a specific lab section. Following this, she rejoined the pursuit for Stella, collaborating with the SSG and the Straw Hat crew. On the third floor of Building C, alongside Lilith, Usopp, and Franky, York encountered evidence of an attack on Pythagoras by S-Snake. In line with the plan, York seemingly careened into S-Snake's trap, allowing herself to be petrified. Subsequently, S-Snake launched an assault on the rest of the search party, forcing them downwards and parting them from York. Soon after, York reverted to her natural state and clandestinely shadowed Shaka to Vegapunk's incarceration site. She swiftly incapacitated Shaka with a gunshot to the head as he endeavored to liberate Vegapunk. Thereupon, York unmasked herself as the traitor, proclaiming her intentions to assume Vegapunk's mantle. Despite her efforts, York found herself outmatched by the Straw Hat Pirates and their compatriots. They overpowered and restrained her, while Usopp facilitated communication with the Five Elders. In the ensuing conversation, York sought their intentions, highlighting her alignment with Vegapunk. Her plea for clemency led to a concession, as the Five Elders agreed not to harm her or the lab, given the lab's significance in generating the Mother Flame. In exchange, York beseeched to be elevated to the status of a World Noble, a proposal which the Elders accepted. She concluded by imploring them to shield her from Luffy's pursuit.

York

York, also known as Punk-06, is one of the six satellites of Dr. Vegapunk, representing his aspect of greed. Despite her young appearance, she towers over Brook, standing twice his height with long wavy hair and freckles under her eyes. Her outfit consists of a dark top that reads "Punk-06," a light-colored jacket, dark gloves, large boots, and goggles on her forehead.

York's main task as a satellite is to eat, sleep, and relieve herself for the other satellites, allowing them to work uninterrupted. She is incredibly gluttonous and lazy, becoming immensely obese when she eats a lot but quickly returning to her original size after using the bathroom. Although her role may seem insignificant, York likely contributes to Vegapunk's technological advancements.

During her colleagues' work, York takes care of their bodily functions, eating large quantities of food and sleeping multiple times a day without negative effects on her body. When summoned with the other satellites, she continues to eat while waiting for something exciting to happen, eventually falling asleep.

After the CP0 and Seraphim attacks are subdued, York helps search for Stella, who has gone missing. Alongside Lilith, Usopp, and Franky, she goes to the third floor of Building C and finds Pythagoras injured. Before Pythagoras can reveal the attacker's identity, York approaches the Seraphim and gets distracted by its cuteness. The attacker, S-Snake, then petrifies York and kicks her aside before targeting the rest of the group.

Despite the excitement of the new chapter, early spoilers and raw scans have already been discussed. Additionally, the chapter raises questions about the attack on Pythagoras and who is behind the attempt on Vegapunk's life. Would Luffy and Zoro be willing to agree to the temporary alliance?

In chapter 1075 of One Piece, Lucci and Kaku proposed a temporary alliance with Luffy and Zoro to take down the Seraphim. However, from the expressions on Luffy and Zoro's faces, it seems unlikely that this alliance will come to fruition. Luffy holds a grudge against Lucci from the events of Water 7 and Enies Lobby and prefers to fight alone without interference. Similarly, Zoro would prefer to fight S-Hawk alone to gauge his own strength. However, since there are three Seraphim and Shaka is not a fighter, it is possible that Luffy may consider releasing Lucci and Kaku to fight the third Seraphim.

Bonney is learning more about her father and delving into Kuma's memories
Chapter 1074 of One Piece featured a crucial panel showcasing Kuma's memories and Oda has just begun to unravel Kuma's backstory. Given Oda's track record of completing character backstories, it is safe to assume that Kuma's story will not be left unfinished.

Kuma's memories are also a rich source of information about the World Government, the Revolutionary Army, his relationship with Monkey D. Dragon and Vegapunk, and more. With slavery and similar dark themes already present in the One Piece universe, Kuma's history as a former slave of the Celestial Dragons adds another layer of complexity.

Bonney is attempting to access the "Memory World" once again to learn the truth about her father. While Kuma's backstory was not revealed in chapter 1075, there is a possibility that it may be unveiled in the next chapter (1076).

Recent chapters have shown Kuma attempting to climb the Red Line despite being shot multiple times by the Marines. Fans are speculating as to why he is so determined to reach the Holyland of Mariejois. Theories range from Kuma being a former slave with self-destruct mechanisms implanted in his body, to seeking revenge on the Celestials. As Kuma's backstory continues to unfold, the reason behind his climb up the Red Line may also be revealed.

What activities or actions are being undertaken by the individual known as "kid" Vegapunk?

In Chapter 1074 and 1075 of One Piece, Vegapunk was noticeably absent, despite the Strawhats and Satellites dividing themselves in an effort to find him quickly. However, they are unaware that Bonney's Devil Fruit powers have transformed Vegapunk into a young child. It is possible that they will be surprised to find him in his youthful state.

Despite extensive island coverage by the satellites and their cameras, Vegapunk Stella has not been located. This has led to speculation that Vegapunk may be hidden in his secret lab, attempting to reverse the transformation and devising a plan to evade CP0 agents.

Given Vegapunk's reputation as a genius, it is likely that his upcoming exploits will be showcased in the raw scans for Chapter 1076.

By whom was Pythagoras attacked?
Pythagoras, the body of Vegapunk Satellite, was attacked by S-Snake when he ventured outside the lab to search for the Stella body of Vegapunk. This attack presents a major issue, as their most powerful creation is now working against them.

Pythagoras is highly regarded for its ability to analyze, observe, and compile data to produce the most accurate results. Therefore, it would be advantageous for their enemies to incapacitate it. The identity of the party who ordered S-Snake to attack Pythagoras may be revealed in One Piece Chapter 1076 spoilers.

Wapol and Vivi are revealing confidential government information.

On Big News Morgan's airship, in One Piece 1074, Wapol and Vivi were hiding from the government. Wapol was paranoid that there might be wiretaps or bugs in the airship that could lead them to get caught. Fans started to think that Wapol might have done something to upset the government, or perhaps he saw something that they didn't want him to see, such as the assassination of King Nefertari Cobra. This may have caused him to flee with Vivi to avoid the Marines.

In One Piece chapter 1076, it is possible that Wapol, still in a state of paranoia, may reveal what he saw that made him flee from the government. This may give us information on why King Cobra was assassinated and how it may be related to Pluton. It's possible that IM-sama, the Five Elders, or the Celestial Dragons obtained information on Pluton and wanted it from King Cobra.
