Calling it now, that's shanks' twin and another god's knight who just teleported in, not shanks himself. Oda has once again shown the non-scarred side of his face and kept him in a dark cloak. Now we see him teleporting like a gorosei. Too many signs it's not shanks to ignore now. Can't wait for shanks to finally beat the rat-haired allegations.
