Despite me believing that the person in the last page is shanks twin/clone, we still have no solid evidence that it's a different person and he could actually be shanks. Real evidence would be showing that his other side of his face doesn't have a scar or at least a different scar. Reason that most of us here believe that this is a twin/clone is because that it doesn't make sense for his character to be a government dog that are trying to eliminate pirates when he is an pirate emperor that accepts weak pirate crews to his armada so that they can be under his protection. With that said, what if shanks is like the winter soldier from marvel and changes to this holy knight personality when someone says a certain sentence to activate it? Could be an interesting plot, different from the twin/clone idea floating around.
