The black lightning in front of his throne in his flashback last chapter is the same spot shamrock and gunko were summoned to so he had direct ties to imu. And this new generation that is anti fighting is exactly the only way you take down a superpower: take it from the inside by coercing the leaders and weakening the future generations. You also have harold's sword in jarul's head so jarul could have had amnesia from the attack and not remembered who really went for him and also shamrock's final statement of this chapter really makes me think the world government had a long-term plan to weaken the unruly giants. Interesting, it seems like gunko's arrows have the ability to plot a guaranteed path forward in a fight based on what she said, that's a hell of a power to have. The evidence is sealed from people, they are forbidden to visit the castle where loki allegedly killed king harold. Loki himself seems like a chill dude with wrong idea of what sun god is supposed to be (the source of this misinformation was clearly mentioned in the previous chapter - many interpretations of translating from ancient language). Nobody actually saw what happened except for a single survivor - jarul, who could be full of shit. Maybe because of the sword piercing his memories or he's just a bad person. King harold style looks like a bad dude. He doesn't try to escape when offered. Even if he's not joining god knights, he could have simply deceived them after they release him. There's just no way loki is a bad person.

The poem, to me, makes it seem like the void century is part of the third world and that conflict is still going.
The second world seems to cover the creation of the Devil Fruits and the origin of the sea hating the devil fruit users.
There's a few frustrating things with the translation, which is going to make this thing an ordeal. For instance:
The deity of the Forest dispatched demons.
The problem here is which "dispatched" is correct? Did Forest send Demons out into the world, indicating a spread of devil fruits, or did it defeat demons? Which could be possible depending on how things shook out.
And, of course, there seems to be an implication that the Sun God is of a different class that the "Deity of X." Would the official translation observe this possible difference? Poems are the single-worse thing to have to contend with across languages.
I am 100% prepared for some critical distinctions to be lost in translation.
