Luffy is gonna ignite the same fire that rocks did in loki. This lore piece is so fucking good, how can he keep doing this week after week for fucking years? It's just amazing how well this manga is made. I find it interesting that xebec declares himself a "Davy jonesian pirate." could it be that davy jones was joy boy's rival in the void century? These two lines from rocks further support the theory that he has something to do with why blackbeard can eat two devil fruit and could return somehow to fight the straw hats in the present day. It also supports the theory that teach will take imu's place as the main bad guy before the end of the manga. It was to be expected but its still awesome that both harald and rocks have conquerors haki and they seemingly have advanced haki as well. Also imu cutting blackbeard's poster now makes a lot of sense now. They remembered when rocks declared his intent to return one day and now his son is making big brain moves to do the same. Fits well that they feel that rocks himself has returned from the grave to continue what he started.
