More than two years since Arcane's first season hit screens, Netflix is teasing the return of the steampunk animation. The highly anticipated second season is scheduled to premiere in November 2024. The Sandman Season 2 hasn’t received a green signal from the streaming service Netflix as of now but the team is secretly working on a new season. Yes! The Sandman Season 2 is happening. This was confirmed by the executive producer David S. Goyer that he is already working on the script for its second installment. Surprisingly, Season 1 had covered only 16 issues out of the total 75 issues of the DC Comic book and plenty of seasons can be created using this.

During the show’s premiere in London, Allan Heinberg told NME, “We’ve got as many [seasons] as they’ll let us have. Marvel's Moon Knight Season 2 Is Coming

Following a major cliffhanger at the end of the first season of Marvel's Moon Knight series, it seemed like a lock for Marc Spector/Stephen Grant (Oscar Isaac) to return to television screens. The introduction of a new alter for the lead opened the door for a lot of possibilities to continue this story and potentially connect it to the wider MCU. Thankfully, for fans of the series, it seems there will be a second outing for the character. Although not officially confirmed, Isaac appeared on a TikTok from Mohammed Diab in which they heavily imply a second season is in the works over at Disney+.

The TikTok features the pair pondering the question of whether or not Moon Knight will get a second season to which Isaac responds with "Why else would we be in Cairo?" Diab also shared the TikTok over on Twitter, seemingly doubling down on the notion. If it's true that the show is returning, it flies in the face of everything implied so far outside the universe of the show itself. For one, an article by Variety noted that Isaac was not under a long-term contract to continue appearing in the MCU, meaning a new deal would be required, likely with a pay raise following the rave reviews since the show debuted. It never guaranteed Isaac couldn't return, but it heavily implied that he was not meant to be a regular within the MCU. Furthermore, the series never received the same attention from Disney that previous shows like WandaVision and Loki did. Everything indicated so far within Marvel's timeline for the future seems focused on series revolving specifically around characters appearing in the MCU. It's entirely possible that a new season could fit somewhere in one of the blank spaces in the MCU's upcoming Phase 6 timeline, putting Moon Knight on track to join the larger MCU. Moon Knight concluded back in May and followed Marc Spector/Stephen Grant, two very different alters drawn into a wider mystery involving the gods of Egypt. The series also stars May Calamawy as Layla El-Faouly aka the Scarlet Scarab. Despite featuring a previously established superhero on-screen, the series as a whole was well received, earning a 91% audience score. In contrast to much of Marvel's other properties, it added a level of intrigue and grittiness to Disney+'s catalog of superhero shows, all buoyed by a powerful performance by Isaac that captured the various differences between Marc and Stephen.

Netflix's Locke & Key Season 2 Starts Production

The second season of Locke & Key is officially in production at Netflix. Friday afternoon, the show's official Instagram revealed a picture of the Locke family as they posed for the opportunity. As of now, it's unclear when the streamer plans on releasing the show's sophomore outing; at the current rate, it's plausible the show is a release in the second or third quarter of 2021.

The first season dropped this February, immediately before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. The initial batch of episodes received a tepid response from critics and fans alike, currently rocking a 66-percent Fresh (and 68-percent Audience Score) on Rotten Tomatoes.

One of the major criticisms of the series something that's been in development at various networks for the better part of a decade was that it strayed away from the source material's cold, hard roots in horror. According to Locke & Key creator Joe Hill, that was something by design as the streamer hoped to reach as wide of an audience as possible, injecting some fantasy into the world of the show.

"I loved the show. I loved what the show became," Hill revealed to ComicBook.com earlier this summer. "Carlton Cuse, who's the showrunner on it, is kind of a professor of television and he made himself a student of the previous two attempts to adapt Locke & Key, which had failed, and tried to crack the puzzle of why those versions did not work. I think that Locke & Key, the comic book, was always like 'Harry Potter gone bad.' It was always a little bit like R-rated Harry Potter. Scarier. More horror. It was less 'Harry Potter,' more 'Horror Potter.'

He continued, "And I think that what he realized was there were the elements of this terrific YA fantasy thing there and that the solution to the problem was to lean into that. So the earlier versions of Locke & Key were two parts horror and two parts fantasy. And the Netflix version is one part horror, three parts fantasy, and that seems to be the right chemical mix for TV."

Korean Anime ‘Solo Leveling Season 2’: Release Date, Cast & Everything You Need To Know

Solo Leveling is a Korean Anime that took its base from a web novel, Na Honjaman Level-up. Chu-Gong penned this novel which means ‘I alone level up.’ The story revolves around a portal connecting our world to a world full of monsters and creatures of all kinds. However, some hunters gain the ability to hunt them. Sung Jin-Woo is the protagonist of the story.He is the weakest of the rank E hunters and barely more potent than any average human. One day, he and his fellow hunters find themselves trapped in a dangerous dungeon. Sung Jin-Woo himself hardly survives.

Release Date Of Solo Leveling Season 2

As per now, there is no official confirmation regarding the release of the second season. But, there are speculations that the next instalment may come out in June or July of 2020.

However, there are rumours that the second season may be under a delay due to the current pandemic outbreak. So, the fans are eagerly waiting for season 2 of Solo Leaving.

Cast
