Yeah it just seems kinda moronic,even by luffy's standards but I guess we will see how it plays out.Like I get he said he knows about shanks, but this is the first time it feels like luffy is going directly against the wishes of the island he visits and putting them in unnecessary danger. Law and kid are gonna join cross guild?Then it would be a reference to the rocks pirates.
I was thinking this cuz right now buggy doesn’t have any poneglyphs, so I’d assume either what’s left of the kid pirates or bepo would offer there’s to save them. Essentially having cross guild catch up to where the strawhats are. Lemme know what yall think? Kid and law don't have any road poneglyphs left, blackbeard and shanks stole their rubbings.
Also buggy can get wano's and zou's road poneglyphs rubbings by just asking for it, he is a old friend of momo and the minks. Getting big mom's road poneglyph is not that hard right now since she is not there, he just need to send mihawk and it's a easy job.
