I wonder if he will reanimate like the people in elbaph just to be killed again. I'm not sure on rank, but he certainly seems like he might be the user of smoker's fruit (based on him smoking and being associated with the marines/world gov't) and was the cause of the fog. What's the point for imu to do that? It doesn't feel like the thing imu to get involved into. Also, the world government ship visit was ominous, right before candelle and leuven married and shuri was born. Shuri born with that eye... It feels like (again) someone raped candelle, somehow orchestrated the marriage, and it was all a plot to possess shuri down the line for this moment. 

 

It's more intuitive to assume that the wedding was to cover up candelle's pregnancy from the celestial dragons, and that leuven took shuri as his own daughter. I think its was to mentally break shuri. If she was indeed concious while killing leuven it would mess her up mentally. My guess is the other guy is the celestial dragons that visited the kingdom before, the biological father. Someone of the manmayer family who wants shuri to be a celestial dragons and a godsknight. Who knows why but that is my guess and the fight is a way to "test" her.
