I think if the celestial dragon was a gorosei we'd have heard about so i'm guessing the new guy might be shuri's dad, not mars. Could be neither of them of course but i think it's still possible, it would make sense if imu sent the dad pick up the new knight. This one here is definitely the gorosei marcus mars in his itsumade yokai form.
Imu probably used him to turn shuri and reuven into domi reversi. I think it's funny that brook see shuri with devil horns and wings and doesn't think that something strange was going on.
Just like the rocks pirates not seeing that xebec was under control in god valley.
So doesn't it look like both shuri and reuven have wings? Maybe they were both domi reversied and shuri killed him in order to save him, but reuven couldn't bring himself to kill her.
