They're both in the west blue, never mentioned until this chapter, and the song is all about defying the world government and referencing the other nations that did so successfully (wano, elbaf). It was probably written for their own defiant charge against the world government, so i feel like there's some irony there with brook using it to encourage the civilians despite him likely knowing exactly how it ended up for the last singers. Despite candelle having said that she felt like leuven was out of her reach, and that they probably couldn't end together, did leuven secretly loved candella all along? What actually allowed their relationship to advance into marriage? Or maybe this was done in order to cover up for her defilement at the hands of the cds? If it is the second then this means that leuven knows shuri is not her daugther.
