I will not be silenced! It fits too well! It brought attention to rocks, roger, and garp! It makes sense! Rocks is the closest thing the previous generation had to being a revolutionary army! Sure he was a pirate and sure its not 100% factual (but I seriously don't feel like he's evil) and he's probably way more selfish than dragon, but it just makes too much sense!
That's why he went to god valley! That's why he wants to rule the world! That's why he's going after the "Peak" and going after the nobles and wants to take down imu! Its like it's his real goal! Or an equally important goal if nothing else! It would serve as additional motivation for dragon too, if rocks somehow really was evil then he just took the best parts from him and carried on his goal, if he was good that's one more person he learned about the government screwed over that he wants justice for and takes on his goal and contributed to ohara being the straw that broke the camel's back!
