I'm sure that one of the fruits rocks is after is the one that loki eats, but I still think that neither fruit is one that we have seen yet. There is a lot that he could do with the ones that we know about, but even so, this begs some deeper questions:
How does rocks know so much and where did he learn it?
How did he know where to find the flower room in mariejois? Why does he know that neither he nor imu could do anything else at the time? How does rocks know so much about the devil fruits and possibly the true history around the void century?
Still sticking with my guess from his debut.
Mythical zoan, giant giant fruit: mode surtr.
It will make bigger than the ancient giants. And more “demonic” than oars, he’ll be able to properly awaken it because his blood is stronger than his father’s was.

I think the reason rocks wasn’t interested in loki is loki might be able to awaken it, but probably thought the fruit would control him instead of the other way around.
King harald is the only person that could not just awaken the fruit but make that power truly his.
