I very much get vibes that loki is very much to rocks what luffy was to shanks and blackbeard is going to contrast ace in that he is rocks son and desperately wants to carry on his fathers ambition whereas ace wanted nothing to do with roger’s legacy.
I'm confident the other devil fruit is the yami-yami, given rocks managed to get to imu's chamber without the paw-paw, and blackbeard's obsession and understanding of the yami-yami. It only makes sense that the devil fruit blackbeard spent his whole life looking for was the one his father so greatly coveted.
