What is this elbaf devil fruit that he's talking about, and what relation does it have with the army of frozen giants? It's almost certainly supposed to be the national fruit that loki ate, but what is it? Only harald can eat it implies that only someone with ancient giant heritage can fully wield its power or only someone with ancient giant heritage can meaningfully convince the ancient army of frozen giants to follow them. Possibly both? I also find it very interesting that rocks considers harald his friend, to the point of attacking kaido for suggesting rocks make harald submit. 

 

Given the whole 'the rocks pirates have no loyalty to each other, and that's why they failed as a crew' spiel we got (and seems to be borne out by what we are seeing now), that's quite an interesting character detail. I can't think of anyone that we've been shown blackbeard cares for in the same way. Given how integral harald apparently is to his plan to topple imu, rocks still has no intention whatsoever of forcing harald to do anything for him. And all this because harald and he worked together to escape the holy land. What a fascinating person. I find it interesting that in the double spread cover, we have roger, gaban and rayleigh, juxtaposed against luffy, sanji and zoro....And then we have nami, while the rest of the strawhats are relegated to being miniatures on luffy. I don't know if that means anything, but it's intriguing nevertheless.
