So gloriosa really was infatuated with roger huh? That is something that I never expected to happen. Too bad that she was dethroned as an empress because of this. And it is nice to see that shakkuyaku had feelings for the dark king. I am so glad that we good to see garp and roger clashing against each other in their younger years.
It is also nice to see that ida had offered for loki to stay with her and hajrudin while harald was away.
But it looks like the giants at ida's bar were not pleased to hear that loki wanted to follow in rock's footsteps. And man things sure are getting interesting with the rocks pirates as the story progresses. I was really expecting a major jump in time with the reactions of some of the relevant characters of this flashback to the events of the god valley incident, but I am glad that we got to see a bit more of them during this chapter. I look forward to reading what comes next in the next chapter of the manga.
