Garp might not be the
strongest but he certainly was the most relentless, making his “pirates
demon” status completely justified.
Also, thank god we have dragon’s point of view for god valley. Makes you
realize how terrifying devil fruit users and 10 meters humans can be.
Him being the only one interested in saving civilians just shows that in
the rocks era of pirates, nobody is questioning the government in
place.
Luffy might be the sun god and the savior of the people but his
dad really was the first warrior of liberation.
Also wondering if dragon will possibly be a normal average fighter?
Like his ideals and leadership are the key factors for being the most
wanted man alive and not really his strengths.
Maybe his ability to draw people to his side is like a trait passed to
luffy while garp’s overwhelming strength is what got passed down to him.
Just a random thought. Like even if he has a devil fruit, he still might
not be like a top tier fighter. Wonder if oda will go that route.
Although I guess he did teach sabo so probably not. Once again I am
here to remind people that dragon is only 17 here. The same age as luffy
when he left foosha village.
Dragon does not have the bombastic, larger than life personality that
his father and son have. He comes off as meek and introverted.
I wonder if dragon had a more sheltered upbringing? We know from oda's
drawings of garp as a kid that he may have had an adventurous life even
as a kid much like luffy did when he was being trained in the forest
with ace and sabo.
