No one's talking about the cover story being over. Well....It sure is! Overall, we saw post kaido wano's prosperity, ultimate and page one join yamato and we got an unusual moria lore update to cap it off. She's addressing luffy, so I guess we can wonder where her character will go next. Not the best cover story, but fun to see the sights I guess.
Rocks vs garling eh? Too bad we don't see it. Teach's got to get from somewhere!
Nice little exchange between him and his wife. The mention about lulusia is interesting, but the whole thing with rock's foster parents got me thinking. I'll place a guess that they're buccaneer (especially the male one with the damned straw hat), so rocks is likely to know some of the history of their lineage if this is true. Maybe davy d jones is a buccaneer is my summation of that basically. Them getting turned to demons is terrible either way.
The whole big mom/kaido cargo depot part was handled to perfection. Another great example of oda leading us on and pulling the carpet from under us. Look at kaido's cheeky face.
Garp comes around to the reality of his job as what would be thought obvious. Also nice one sengoku on withholding the name of the marine who left, just like clockwork. I'll take the popular "Man with the burning mark" theory like everyone else as it seems the most feasible. I'm hoping for a proper nautical character design from him personally.
The final bunch of pages setting up imu possessing st saturn, rocks getting his real bros whitebeard and kaido and roger and garp all squaring up against the freaky occult spider : perfection.
