Honestly I’m more surprised by how much of a good father/husband rocks is? Like the man is there to get his family the fuck out of dodge. He doesn’t care about shaki at all. He’s mad that his family was turned into demons, also holy shit I didn’t think he’d actually have a family either! Thought the clan was was just gonna be some cousins or just a vague semblance of a family but no it’s actually a close knit family. I find it interesting that imu only seems to posses whoever he needs to when he needs dirty work done on the surface. It’s like he doesn’t even want to set foot on the surface with his own feet.
I’m glad oda is focusing more on wb, kaido and big mom and not the new characters.
Saturn’s conversation with imu was really interesting, when he mentioned the risk of unleashing something if the destruction continues. Was he referring to the navy’s morale collapsing, garp turning against them or powerful pirates taking notice of the world government? It’s interesting to see how carefully they calculate every consequence.
